Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have these capabilities:
Sound understanding of IT (e.g. Data Management, Data Flows and interfaces).
Preferably good knowledge in KYC (Know Your Customer, (Enhanced) Customer Due Diligence) and European AML/CTF regulation. Ideally experienced in acquiring (merchant) business or credit card payments processing.Able to work with virtual teams spread across various locations in Europe. Manage multiple stakeholders internal and external. Manage 3rd party vendors, their deliverables and resources. Managing the scope, cost and timeline, ensuring to avoid scope creep, delays and unplanned costs. Managing project progress and report to management. Excellent communication skills (active and clear) towards the team as well as the management. Structured, efficient and documented work attitude. Good understanding of business processes and optimizing. Defining and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. Fluent in English. German and/or French will be beneficial.
