Role: Implementation Consultant
Location: The Hague, Netherlands.
Required Skills:
The implementation consultant is the central function within DUS-I that is responsible for setting up and configuring existing and new subsidy schemes in the information systems, especially in the new subsidy platform. You are a sparring partner for the business in this. This means that the implementation consultant is the link between the implementation coordinators at DUS-I and the information systems.The implementation consultant must be able to translate legislation and regulations and the desired process into the possibilities of the information systems.The implementation consultant also plays a role in answering questions from DUS-I users regarding (the possibilities and the use of) the information systems and gives workshops on this. In addition to the adjustment, the implementation consultant is also involved in the testing of the newly adjusted subsidy schemes. The implementation consultant works closely together with the functional manager. In the future, the implementation advisor will assume integral responsibility on behalf of the DUS-I organization for the implementation of regulations on the Subsidy Platform. Currently, the functional activities of the implementation consultant fall under the direction of the implementation manager.
Desired Profile:
• You have a higher vocational education / university working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of ICT or business administration.
• You have demonstrable knowledge of and experience with subsidy processes.
• Experience with working within the national government or public sector is an advantage.
• You have demonstrable experience with Agile working and DevOps.
• You have demonstrable experience with ICT development and testing.
• You have demonstrable experience with process-based work.
• You have demonstrable knowledge of business systems.
