Required Skills :
At least 6 years of experience in managing software development processes in an Agile environment. Demonstrated knowledge of and at least 6 years experience with taking software systems management. Minimum 6 years experience in managing IT suppliers. Relevant experience with managing complex projects / programs. Knowledge of and experience with the implementation of organization-transcending programs in the public sector. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working in one or more (complex) chains within the government.
The further development of the PGB2.0 system takes place on the basis of the established program plan and the roadmap included in it. The program manager for realization and exploitation is responsible for the further development of the PGB2.0 system and its operation.
The program manager for realization and exploitation directs the production process and the temporary management and development organization. He / she takes care of the assignment to the ICT [1] suppliers of the program (ICTU, the SVB and ODC -Noord).
The program manager for realization and operation reports to the PGB program director and by extension to the PGB2.0 Program Council (in which the chain parties are represented). He works closely with the implementation program manager, who, as mentioned above, is responsible for the national implementation and the communication about this.

The client (Program Director and Program PGB2.0) on results / objectives, implementation approach (financial) frameworks and conditions relating to software development, management and operation. Controlling employees directly involved within the program. The contractors (ICTU, SVB and ODC -Noord).
