Completed relevant HBO + education; 

Demonstrable experience with change management within the IT domain;  

Someone who is a full-fledged discussion partner for specialists and management;  

Familiarity with decision-making processes, organizational and functional relationships in government is a plus;  

Familiarity with TOPdesk, ITIL and Prince2 is a plus 

Identifying problems / opportunities and knows how to respond to them in a timely manner;  

Sense of human relations and able to establish effective cooperation;
