Role: IT Support Engineer
at least a completed MBO level 4 education
approximately 2 to 5 years of recent experience in a similar position as a Support Engineer or, for example, Workplace Manager.
demonstrable knowledge (Microsoft certificates) and experience with Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and 2019 is a requirement.
demonstrable knowledge and experience with the packaging of client applications and their rollout
knowledge and experience with Office365, SCCM and SCOM, Active Directory management, and Group policy management.
knowledge of VMware, vSphere, and the VDI platform is an absolute plus.
good Dutch-speaking and writing skills are a must.
