Required Skills:
Proven knowledge in end-user assistance and support of information systems
ITIL and ticketing tools
Good understanding of information systems matters
Reporting methods
Knowledge of wiki and collaborative tools
Knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
Understanding of software development and agile methodologies
Good knowledge of RDMS, SQL Developer and SQL queries
Able to read logs
Good communication/writing skills
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
Ability to understand, speak and write French and English
Ability to work in a multicultural team and environment
Ability to work with a high degree of rigour and method and, more specifically, to follow the naming
conventions and coding standards
