In-depth knowledge of ORACLE 11g (with a focus on features for developers)

In-depth knowledge of java development environments, deployments, fine tuning of systems and similar issues connected with operations work

Good knowledge of data modelling techniques and tools

Good knowledge of database design techniques and tools

Good knowledge of application development environments

Good knowledge of Agile methodology

Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, very good communication skills

 

The methodology used for development is based on Standard RUP, Agile RUP, PM2 (PM Square) or BP.

The tool used for database design is Oracle Designer.

The technical environment is based on Oracle 11g and Weblogic 12.

Eclipse is used as Java development environment.

RTC or JIRA is used for source control and activity tracking.

RFT and Selenium are used for functional testing

Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox are the web browsers.

TOAD or SQL Developer is used as development utility for Oracle.
