Technical lead in scripting, optimizing and maintaining existing applications that are being transferred from NY branch to HQ Belgium; training of colleagues in the team.

You will be in the lead to tackle this migration and will need to coach/train your colleagues. You must thus be able to make your own task list of things to be done to reach our common goal.

 

OS knowledge & experience: general know-how(not a system admin!)

Perl, Python, Shell scripting(absolute must!) ...

Experience with basic database skills(not a DBA), file transfer, monitoring, scheduling...

Hands-on and practical thinker, fast learner and independent worker
