Role: Service desk employee
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands
 
Requirements:
ITIL foundation v3 or higher certified
  • Minimum MBO ICT level 3 diploma or comparable
  • Driving license B
  • On Site Support experience (relevant and recent) in large, complex management/customer environment (2 years)
  • Recent experience with independently running ICT desk at customer sites (2 years)
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Citrix XenDesktop/Mobile and TOPdesk (2 years)
Wishes:
Thorough knowledge of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and management thereof. Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN).
Accustomed to giving and asking feedback from colleagues or open to this. Travel is an integral part of the position, commuting time is employee's own time. The working hours are linked to the opening hours of the various service desks, keep in mind a schedule of 5x8 hours per week.
