Description:
As a Payment Process Modeler you make a crucial contribution to being and staying in control. You put your experience in designing and working with complex data sets, tools and components of the data architecture to good use. Working together autonomously in an agile way is the key to success. All end-2-end processes have to deal with increasingly stringent requirements and wishes, on the one hand from laws and regulations and on the other hand from better customer service. You ensure that laws and regulations and internal standards are translated into a framework of standards that suits Payment Services.
 
The developments make ever greater demands on the design, set-up and monitoring of processes and systems, and thus on the position of Process Manager within Business Support Betalingsverkeer. You make sure that the Payment Traffic departments have a say in the In Control standards, but also that they follow the processes and services once established.
 
A large part of your work consists of participation in projects and improvement programs. You are open to feedback/learning experiences and you share your knowledge. You are constantly looking for improvement opportunities and new insights and know how to communicate these enthusiastically to stakeholders and colleagues. This creates a dynamic work environment in which existing processes are increasingly confronted with change programs.

On top of that, it is important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
- Completed WO education or HBO Bachelor with experience in the In Control field
- Experience with data modeling. Experience with ARIS.
- Experience working in a local or central Rabobank environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience with payment processes is a plus and the related regulations, risks, as well as their control.
- Experience with data analysis and building reports.
- Knowledge of Power Bi (preferred).
- Knowledge of Power Automate (pre).
