- Demonstrable experience with functional management and working and setting up this management from a BISL organizational concept, demonstrable Experience with test work according to T-map, knowledge and experience with management and maintenance of APEX applications but also knows other technologies such as e.g. Java, Web services, XML and Bleuriq.
- Testing Foundation or T-Map or Agile testing
- Experience at a government or service organization with complex execution processes (1 year)
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar IV position in a complex project and/or program organization (3 years)
Wishes:
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and executing acceptance tests in accordance with TMap Next.
- Knowledge and experience with the Agile working method (SCRUM) icm TFS (backlog).
- Work experience in similar position in a large government or service organization.
- In possession of an HBO diploma or work experience at HBO level.
- Knowledge of and experience with Oracle / APEX systems in particular;
- Relevant work experience in managing functionalities within a large-scale user organization ;
- Experience with management and analysis methods and management tools (e.g. Topdesk, JIRA);
- Demonstrable work experience in a position, acting as an intermediary between ICT suppliers and users.
- Knowledge of AVG laws and regulations, Experience implementing these regulations in applications is a plus.
Must be able to work independently in a political and dynamic environment and possess and demonstrate a proactive work attitude. Knowledge of laws and regulations in the European and national Fisheries domain as well as the IV systems used herein is a plus.
