Description:
As support & system engineer you’re responsible for the following tasks
- Verify that all resources within the farm are up and running, not longer in maintenance mode
- Verify enough resources available for the robotics farm
- Verify backup jobs
- Verify McAfee up to date on each client
Citrix environment:
- Contact person for Citrix related incidents (applicatons running on Citrix, session disconnections, ...)
- Supervision of the Citrix infra
- Incident analysis and resolution
- Software packaging
- Configuration of Ivanti DesktopNow
- assistance to the expert(s)
Robotics environment:
- Contact person for robotics (BP) related incidents
- Supervision of the robotics infra
- Incident analysis and resolution
- Move into production of new robots
- Configuration of new robots and the user profile
- assistance to the expert(s)
Support to workstations (laptops)
- LCM of software
- Documentation of software installation on laptop environment
Required experience / knowledge:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
