Requirements:
Completed WO education (master/drs.: Computer Science or Business Administration or Business Economics).
Completed WO education (master/drs.: Computer Science or Business Administration or Business Economics).
Expert:
- Knowledge and experience with Businessrules management and Change management. Demonstrated by relevant education and/or experience.
- TOGAF 9.1; Development Information Systems Foundation; Leading SAFe Agile for Lead Engineers, Enterprise Architecture training, Archimate Foundation & Practitioner
- Knowledge of and experience working Agile in comb. with traditional(er) delivery methods (5 years)
- Relevant experience with methods and techniques in the field of process design. Also thorough knowledge in the
- area of (modeling) business rules. (3 years)
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience within a large administrative organizationKnowledge of and experience with the steering within the Tax Office and knowledge of the Payroll tax chain are a plus.Good verbal and written skills
Knowledge of and experience with process designKnowledge of Enterprise architecture. Any knowledge of and experience with Tax Office systems, specifically chain Payroll Tax is a plus.
