Role: Senior Sourcing Advisor
Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands
Requirements:
- Familiar with (scaled) agile concepts (SAFe, Scrum, DevOps)
- Knowledge of process analysis and organization
- WO work and thinking level in technical business administration, organization science or business economics
- Knowledge and experience with (scaled) Agile and DevOps transitions and the effect on sourcing (3 years)
- Knowledge and experience with Strategic sourcing methodology, frameworks and models (3 years)
- Knowledge and experience with Time & Material, Output and Outcome contracting with IT vendors (3 years
Requirements:
- You have a WO working and thinking level and preferably a degree in a direction relevant to the position;
- You have at least 3 years of demonstrable and relevant work experience in a similar position;
- You have knowledge of (out)sourcing and demonstrable personal leadership.
- You are capable of performing analyses.
- You are a good communicator and can easily discuss organizational concepts.
