Role: Employer Branding Specialist
Location: Zwaagdijk, Netherlands
 
Description:
In this position you are responsible for the strategic and concept development of Action’s Employer Brand, lead Recruitment and Employer Branding related projects and develop and implement campaigns. The goal is to establish a solid and attractive position on international labour market as well as for the international employer brand,, centralize all jobmarketing activities ensuring a prominent positioning which leads to more efficient, cost saving and faster hiring with high quality candidates.
  1. Content  planning & guidelines: LinkedIn content guidelines/ training countries & alignment communication
  2. Content creation : Interviews IHQ
  3. Content Strategy : Incorporate EVP into copy for different channels (e.g. website, vacancy text, career pages on jobboards) & alignment with countries
  4. Content workshops : Tone of voice icw marketing
  5. Support on recruitment challenges to promote working at Action among specific office target groups (IHQ)
  6. Hosting, optimizing and implement new features on action.jobs to inform people about working at Action and to convert them into an applicant
  7. Coordinate program, policy and proces and support on internal activation to get more qualified applicants via referral
  8. Support on external jobmarketing campaigns via Indeed
  • Is an expert in the area of labour market communication and strategic employer branding positioning
  • Is responsible for the position of Action on the international labour market
  • Is responsible for all communication with relevant target groups on the labour market
  • Translates this strategic plan to relevant content suitable for different target groups and channels
  • Takes initiatives and lead projects to constantly improve Actions position on the labour market
  • Leads initiatives within recruitment, coörporates with Marketing and Communication to align with Action brand and corporate communication.
  • Within the role you will be dealing with strategic HR/Recruitment decisions and will play a key role for implementations that involve all countries.
Requirements:
  • Level of working and thinking on academic level, based on an academic degree in combination with at least 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably within retail)
  • Proven project management skills. Execute with pace and urgency but with eye for detail
  • Experience with international employer branding, communication, recruitment and content;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (oral and written)
  • Thorough knowledge of both online and offline communication and recruitment, social media. Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Up to date knowledge on Employer branding positioning;
  • Expert level knowledge of social media, google analytics, online search is required. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Experience in Business-to-consumer
