For the Maasstad Hospital we are looking for a Team Manager N2 poli Urology and poli MKA.
A. PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide integral management of the department with one or more multidisciplinary teams in achieving the agreed departmental objectives within the framework of the care unit and Maasstad Hospital.
8. PLACE IN THE ORGANIZATION The team manager receives hierarchical leadership from the manager. The team manager manages a department hierarchically with one or more multidisciplinary teams of employees at all job levels occurring in the department (30 — 35 FTE)
C. RESULT AREAS 1. Provides integral management of a multidisciplinary team or department of employees. 2. Develops, implements and enforces policies. 3. Manages, monitors and directs production, budget and inventory. 4. Monitors the continuity and quality of care provision.

Provides integral management of a multidisciplinary team or department of employee.
Coaches, encourages and inspires employees to deliver daily and exceptional performances.
Is responsible for a healthy, safe and inspiring working and learning climate.
Ensures the proper functioning of agreed forms of consultation and information transfer.
Provides frameworks for implementation and, if necessary, instructions to employees of the department.
Addresses employees if behavior and performance give cause to do so.
Supervises change processes within the team or department.
Implements the personnel policy within the applicable agreements in Maasstad Hospital: conducts TOP interviews, performance interviews, absenteeism, recruitment & selection interviews and ensures the promotion of expertise.
Conducts interim evaluation interviews for the progress of the professional development of employees.
Tests and promotes the progress, quality and efficiency of the work of the department, takes measures where necessary to adjust policy.

Knowledge
• Knowledge of care at HBO work and thinking level (HBO diploma Business Administration in health care or equivalent), supplemented with knowledge of management techniques at HBO plus level is required for managing the team.
• Has demonstrable experience in a managerial position or has demonstrable management qualities.
• Familiar with current quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of current topics within the field and within the entire Organization.
* Knowledge of and experience with automated systems.
• Good knowledge of regulations protocols and (behaviour) rules
