Role and responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst at Smals you have insight into the functioning of social security and health care in Belgium. You know how to make the link to the implications of this for the internal work organization of federal and regional institutions.
You support the business in refining their vision and formulating their mission.
You facilitate change at the level of organizational structures and work processes and you know how to create support for this within the institutions. Conversely, you are able to generate the necessary impact so that the interests of the business are optimally served.
You help to translate problems into concrete needs and you facilitate the identification of workable solutions that, preferably, have already proven their worth elsewhere.
You integrate supporting tools. During the implementation phase, you ensure that the developments remain in line with their original business objectives.
As a member of the Smals business analyst community, you help detect synergies within and between the institutions.
Concerns a longer-term assignment.
