For more than 80 years, the National Lottery has ensured safe gaming fun for all Belgians over the age of 18 and, thanks to their trust, achieved a turnover of 1.53 billion euros in 2021. The National Lottery is thus once again starting its sustainable growth. For the past five years, this growth has averaged 4.5%.
Such sustainable growth is the result of the long-term strategy that the National Lottery has been applying for several years. This strategy is based on a powerful principle: a large number of players, limited betting amounts, and games that are naturally responsible within the range of some strong brands that are close to the players. This just like the very diverse charities that receive support thanks to all those players.
Thanks to its players, the National Lottery was able to return an amount of 335 million euros to Belgian society in 2021; this is an increase of 15 million euros compared to 2020.
The National Lottery is looking for profiles to implement the 'One Player Portal' project.
The One Player Portal site aims to provide an optimal omnichannel player experience in one site. The consequence of this is that the player journeys of the retail, online and subscription channels are brought together.
And with which the National Lottery will position itself as a reliable and responsible provider of fun games of chance, which positively reflects its social role.
The One Player Portal site must be a recognizable evolution for both retail and e-lotto player where he can easily log in and see all its advantages (services) and all this in a personalized way.
