Job Title:  First Line Service Desk Engineer

Description:
 
• the engineer will be used as an additional help to the first line support desk. More specifically it means the engineer will be installing and configuring IT devices + resolving workplace tickets. An in depth Win 10 and Office 365 knowledge is mandatory.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Capabilities & Expérience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support environments.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years progressively responsible related experience in administration, management control and/or accounting of technical/professional services.
• Demonstrated understanding of information technology, preferably with ITIL certification
• Proficiency in use of PC and related software (spreadsheet, database, etc.) applications.
• Languages : French English Dutch. At least English + Dutch and/or French
• At least 2 to 3 years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience is required.
• Strong team player
• Must be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Win 10 and Office 365 knowledge is mandatory.
