Description:
The change that will be deployed requires a change expert who pays attention to a vision of change, communication, managing resistance, the cultural aspects and involving and guiding the organization.
Change management is therefore the main focus in this role within the program. To this end, the change expert performs the following tasks:
• Setting up and implementing a concrete change plan for the IHH OO program in relation to the DG;
• Setting up and executing various interventions regarding culture, competencies and effectiveness of processes;
• Managing training programs to be set up;
• Setting up a network within the DG with professionals who have already been trained in the required changes regarding openness, transparency and policy discretion and who advise close colleagues on how to tackle matters;
• Monitoring the coherence of change arising from the various projects within the program and actively participating in consultations;
• Actively steer towards achieving concrete results with the various directorates and optimizing forms of cooperation.
 
Minimum requirements:
• You have an academic working and thinking level.
• Experience with working in (change) projects or programs is an advantage.
• You have (extensive) experience with coordinating activities in a political-administrative organization and you are also able to apply that knowledge and experience in this position.
• You have knowledge and experience in describing the impact of changes on people, technology, organization and process
• You have knowledge of behavioral change and change strategies
• You are broadly interested, including in information provision, and you know how to sustainably anchor new processes and working methods in an organisation.
• You like contact with people, like to invest in relationships and know how to motivate and inspire colleagues.
• You have good communication skills, both written and oral.
• You like puzzles, complexity in the issue, challenges and think in solutions, where structure and overview are very important to you.
• You are result-driven with an eye for the person behind the assignment.
