Required Skills :
o Develop HR Policies;
o Create and help shape labour regulations;
o Helping out in the use of Officient (use, reporting);
o Monitoring leave counters;
o Different PC's are applicable within the organisation: monitoring rules and conditions for different PC's, a.o. leave regulation, career leave > 50 years, possibilities to transfer leave days, rounding, number of leave days, .... ;
o Reporting technical unemployment;
o Monitoring notice periods, contract terminations, breaches of contract, .... ;
o Salary simulations;
o Handling of incoming documents;
o Checking calendars;
o Follow-up of training days, SME portfolio, educational leave;
o Checking and reviewing test payroll processing;
o Follow-up of trade union dossiers, questions and support;
o Addenda attendance records (parental leave, .....);
o Monitoring the car fleet;
o Follow up holiday pay, eco cheques, .... according to the different PC's;
o Follow-up of premiums for 30 and 40 years of service;
o Knowledge of job classification;
