Role: Security Architect
Location: Den Haag, Netherlands
Required Skills:
A completed HBO or WO education in a relevant direction such as information security management or information technology).
You have preferably successfully completed a security education, preferably CISM, CISSP.
You have at least five years of experience as an architect in the field of security and information security.
You have at least 5 years of experience in designing and systematically setting up organization-wide Identity and access management solutions
You preferably have knowledge of central government and are familiar with the roles as defined in the central government's CIO system.
You have knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations and government frameworks and of available relevant. standards frameworks with regard to, among other things, information security and security.
You have a feeling for administrative and political relationships and decision-making processes.
You have excellent written and oral (advice) skills and you can switch well between operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
You have a helicopter view: you are able to view matters from a distance and can distinguish main from side issues
You have a strong abstract and analytical thinking ability and are quality conscious.
You are able to involve colleagues who have little or no knowledge of your field in the interest of certain procedures or activities. Through your explanation, people understand not only what to do, but also why.
You have knowledge and experience with (application) development according to the Agile/Scrum method.
You work at the interface between Security and Architecture and you consult intensively with both disciplines.
You are familiar with common architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, NORA, EAR.
You determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements (e.g. based on active frameworks and principles).

You are organization sensitive, flexible, strong in networking, and conceptually strong.
You have a coaching style of communication, you are focused on 'together' and less on 'self'.
You stand firm and have the necessary persuasiveness in a language that your colleagues also understand.
You are good at planning and organizing.
