Role: Helpdesk Employee (JR)
Location: Antwerp, Belgium
 
Required Skills:
Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience.
Minimum 1-year experience in involved technology.
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
Helpdesk employee 1st and 2nd line.
Basic knowledge of ITIL Service Support.
General windows knowledge (1st and 2nd line).
General AD knowledge (1st and 2nd line).
Office + Office 365 (1st and 2nd line.
Basic knowledge of networking.
Good knowledge of common office hard - and software - Knowledge of MS Office Packages.
Ability to perform standard PC installations.
