Role: Service Delivery Manager- Nederlands/UK/Nordics
Location: Remote, Netherlands
 
Required Skills:
Working experience 5+ years in a customer-facing management role.
Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in Information Technology.
Excellent Italian and English language skills, verbal and written(must!). French-speaking is a plus.
Experience in working together within nearshore and offshore service model.
Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of project management.
Good understanding of the relationship between IT infrastructure, applications, and business processes.
Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure outsourced IT (BPO) services and environment.
Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out hours working.
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
Able to manage and prioritize and tasks and time efficiently.
Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks, also start initiatives even outside his direct control.
Self-motivation and being able to take responsibility.
Pragmatic, flexible, as well goal and solution-focused.
Capable of working with virtual teams.
Ability to effectively present to large remote audiences.
Act as a trusted advisor to the countries and their management to drive product adoption.
Be the link between countries and fully understand the difference between them.
Gather requirements and manage expectations.
